Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled unless the item has not yet been shipped. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via email at topofthestylespectrum@gmail.com.
Return & Exchange
At present, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, unless the item is incorrect due to an error on our part. In the event of an incorrect item being sent, we will provide instructions on how to return the item, and a refund will be issued upon receipt and verification of the returned product.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in the following cases:
- Stock Unavailability: If the product is unavailable due to stock issues on our end, a full refund will be issued.
- Incorrect Item: If an incorrect item is sent due to an error on our part, a refund will be provided after the return of the product.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any other reasons once the order has been processed and shipped.
